TRINITY NEWSLETTER : JANUARY 2019

By Diana Van Der-Stelt - BLOGGER(Trinity Software Center) | Jan 2019.

INTRODUCTION

Dear friends,
At the beginning of a new year, we at Trinity Software Center are happy to give you a short update on the developments at our company. Since we started late 2016, we have been steadily growing our business, and we are proud to say that we have constantly been able to deliver quality products within the agreed time, scope and price, to our customers, thanks to the strict application of SCRUM.

IT SOLUTIONS DEVELOPED

In 2018 we developed two extensive new web applications for customers. It was particularly rewarding to help a Ghanaian hospital to digitalize all its work processes, a great example of digital transformation!

We built multiple websites and a number of apps, including an e-commerce website for a Dutch retailer. We delivered a first data science product together with a team of data scientists trained by Maxim Nyansa IT Solutions Foundation.

CAPACITY BUILDING WITH MAXIM NYANSA IT SOLUTIONS

As a Fair Trade software company, we are committed to capacity building of young IT graduates in Ghana. In 2018 we ran a 6 month’s specialization track in software development in collaboration with our partners at Maxim Nyansa IT Solutions . We also trained a new team in C# /.net.

OUR CTO GETS A PRESTIGIUOS SCHOLARSHIP IN CHINA

Our CTO Joseph Anto was granted a prestigious full scholarship from the Chinese government for a master in software engineering at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu. We hired Isaac Kwadwo Nyarko as our new lead developer to assist him on the technical side.

Probably the most important achievement of 2018 was the launch of SKUUNI our first Trinity-grown SAAS product. It is an advanced online school management system developed for the West-African market. We have recently set up a team of sales people who are going to market SKUUNI all over Ghana as we move from the beta version to release 1.0 and a new app for teachers and parents.

For 2019, we are committed to building more quality software with an excellent service, helping our customers to grow their business, while creating employment for as many young people as we can. We are at your service!
